Found My New Stylist 11/5/2010

My hair stylist recently moved away so I had to find a new stylist to cut my hair. I decided to try Nadia's because a girl I work with comes here. I've always been super picky on who I have cut my hair and was nervous it was going to get messed up. However, I couldn't have been happier. The service was outstanding, everyone was super friendly and my stylist really listened to what I wanted. I am happy to say I have found my new stylist and will definitely be returning :) more

Truely unique spa experience! 4/17/2008

I have had numerous massages at different spas but recently I had an hour massage at Nadia's Salon & Spa and it was amazing! The spa is private and secluded from the hair salon area which made it an extra relaxing atmosphere. The massage therapist used techniques I have never experienced before and she was even concerned on the pressure she was using. The use of aromatherapy made the service refreshing and unique. In the end of the massage she asked me to take a few minutes for myself to relax which was nice. I consider this salon as one of the top in Cedar Rapids and the service I received from the therapist and the other service providers went above and beyond in my book! more

Bad Experience 8/11/2006

I went to get a pedicure - supposed to be a relaxing spa treatment, but had to listen to some employee's baby cry the whole hour. Apparently another employee forgot she had to work so brought her baby to work and it cried the whole time she was in a different room giving a client a massage. I've never heard of a salon allowing such a thing. No apologies from the management, no discount and no refund. In my case....no return to this spa! Pros: Aveda products Cons: Not a professional salon/spa more

This is the place to go... 11/3/2005

...when you want to pamper yourself. They have recently renovated so I'm assuming that they are as nice as City Looks now. They totally take care of you in every way and you feel so wonderful when you leave. However, you pay the price for these luxuries. They are more expensive than just about any other place in town (except City Looks) so you must be prepared to pay the price for your indulgence more
