My wife and I met some friends at the Bell Creek location for dinner and karaoke. Our service was poor and the food was below par. After being seated, with our friends who arrived before we did, we did not receive menus and eating utensils until we asked the nearest server. Our dinner order was not fulfilled to our request and we had to ask for drink refills during dinner. After finishing our dinner, we ordered desert. When our server returned with dessert, she moved my dinner plates toward the edge of the table and set my dessert plate down in front of me. She did not remove the dinner plates. \r

After finishing dessert, we now had three dirty plates, with utensils and used napkins on top of them, setting in our way on the table. The restaurant appeared to be properly staffed to handle the 30 or so patrons. They had three servers on the main floor, the restaruant manager and the bar tender in the back, and the restaurant OWNER on the main floor. He was seated in plain view of our table. We arrived at the restaurant around 9:30 PM. When the karaoke started at 10:30 PM, our dirty dishes were still in our way. We moved them to an empty table toward the rear of the restaurant. As more of our friends arrived, the dishes kept getting moved further away. Never being picked up by any of the staff. \r

As the night went, and the dishes lingered, the staff kept with the going trend, our drink orders were getting screwed up (draft beers instead of bottled) and we had to ""flag down"" a server to get service. This is no way to run a restaurant. If the owner leads by example, then I understand why this facility has a revolving door for its staff. \r

The restaurant is conviently located as a meeting place for us and our friends to meet and sing. This was not the first, but one of MANY disappointing visits. The owner needs to take responsiblilty for the type of staff he employs and take pride in the food he serves. On a good note, the karaoke sounded great!
Pros: Well Located, Great Friday Night Entertainment, and Excellent Sunday Brunch.
Cons: Consistant Poor Service, Inattentive Management, and Lots of Fights and Riff Raff.
