NOT customer service oriented when it comes to the need to return items. I shopped for some items for my daughter who lives out of town and expressed my concern about sizes, etc. I was assured that I could return within 10 days. What I was NOT told was that it would not be for a refund, but for store credit only, until I tried to return the $300 plus of items. I asked the clerk to contact the owner to explain the situation to see if she could make an exception. Owner basically said ""too bad"" as that is their policy. Needless to say, I left a very unhappy customer who would never shop at that boutique again! more

So happy I am finally pregnant and get to shop here. I always admired my friend's great prego wardrobe so when she told me about this store I couldn't wait to go. It is full of great colors and styles. The staff was so nice and attentive. They asked me my due date (June) and then told me how to start building a great wardrobe over the course of my pregnancy and through the changing weather. I also stopped by another maternity store (just down the street) but everything there was very dark and boring by comparison. I can't wait to go back! more

Don't shop here! 3/30/2012

Rude, rude, rude! I will never shop there again. The sales lady was so mean I thought I was being punked. I got in my car and drove across town to Pickles and Icecream because I refuse to spend my money at a local store that has such rude customer service. I should have asked for a manager but was so shocked I just left. If you do shop there be warned or at least informed you may run into a bully. I hope you do a better job of standing up for yourself than I did. more

BEWARE of return policy 7/22/2011

I bought a nursing bra from Nine Maternity and decided to return it within a week after changing my mind. Despite the fact that I had NOT worn the bra, they would not let me return or exchange it. They told me all sales were final for intimates. While this policy is indicated on the receipt, they did not notify me of this at the time of purchase. Therefore, I didn't notice the policy until after I purchased the item and it was too late. I wish they would have let me know, as most stores do, at the time of purchase. more

Can't Live Without This Boutique! 8/26/2008

Okay, I am a shopper. I know the city. This is THE boutique for prego mommies and beyond. The girls are so helpful. I felt like I had known them for years. Clothes are incredibly stylish. Great basics and very cool trendy pieces. I have received so many compliments on my wardrobe - I can't stop myself from making weekly visits. Now all my girlfriends are making the trip to Rice Village with me. Pros: great styles, parking, open on Sunday, service, great sale selection Cons: pricey - but you get what you pay for! more

Stylish maternity clothes and so much more! 4/18/2006

This store is great! The maternity clothes are stylish without being too expensive. Whether you are looking for clothes for work, to work-out, or for that special night out, they have it all. It is also ideal for gifts - everything from amazing diaper bags to baby clothes, to really nice jewelry at a very afordable price! I would also recommend Nine Maternity to new moms looking for nursing bras (the Malinda G is a great bra!) and baby clothes/accessories. I will continue to shop there for gifts and jewelry for myself, even though I am no longer pregnant. more
