My Sister's Closet

I was looking for a wedding dress for under $800 and couldn't find anything anywhere. I went over to Spokane to David's and thought the quality was really cheap. My mom told me check out My Sister's Closet. I thought they only sold used dresses but it turns out they actually have mostly new ones. Everything was in my price range and the gowns were beautiful!! I had a hard time choosing just one. I ended up getting my bridesmaid dresses there too and they gave me a discount because I had lots of girls in my wedding. I love the fact that the owner of the store was the one helping me, she listened to what I said and didn't try to push me to buy a more expensive dress unlike the other shops I went to.\r Everything got in on time and they didn't charge me a fortune. I worked with this shop for my wedding, everything from the dress to the tuxes. They were great! Prices were good and they were friendly and not that high pressure you get at some shops. And I loved that they had some toys for my neice to play with while I shopped. Pros: group rates and discounts for big weddings Cons: busy on Saturdays more

I wandered in My Sister's Closet one day because I was in the shopping center waiting too meet some friends for lunch. It actually took me a couple of minutes before I figured out that the clothes weren't new. I have never seen a used clothing store with such cute stuff, everything was name brand and actually in style (not something I expected from a consignment store). I bought a pair of True Religion jeans for under $50 and an Abercrombie and Fitch sweathshirt for $10. Best of all, the place didn't have that funky thrift store smell. They also had lots of formals and wedding stuff in the back but I didn't have time to check it out. I'll have to go back when i have more time and money. Pros: Cute stuff and great prices Cons: They close at 6, and aren't open on Sunday more
