The flowers were not representative of the contract. The florist substituted 'light blue and pink' flowers for the 'dark purple and lavender' flowers spelled out in the contract. Of course, the flowers did not match the rest of the decorations. The florist showed up 1 hour late the day of the wedding, so we had to take pictures without the flowers. Once the florist showed up, she was rude and got in the way of the photographer to take her own pictures with a disposable camera. Marketing stickers were on the arrangements -- this was very tacky. Her assistant refused to leave my dressing room after I politely told her I wanted time with my bridesmaids. The florist put the wrong boutonnieres on the junior groomsmen and grandfathers.
