This is Vietnamese at it's best. If you have always wanted to try Vietnamese, but were afraid or unsure as to what to order, or just looking for a really great Vietnamese place, this is the place to go! The wait staff are all super friendly and eager to help you. They will explain what every thing is without making you feel funny. They use really fresh ingredients and every thing is so fresh. The fish sauce is the best I've ever had, and the manager told us they use only first press.The more pressing the more that ugly "fishy" funky taste increases I understand that first press is the finest quility and the proof is in the sauce. It is so fresh tasting. They also offer a great lunch time buffet. The prices are reasonable. It is conviently located next to a movie theater, so it make a great night out.
