I've been trading business with Mustang Auto Repair for 10+ years. I'm not sure what internal changes they have recently gone through, however, I can say I'm totally disapppointed in their customer service and quality of repair. Encountering staff (Greg and Scott) who are rude and told me to leave the place of business and they didn't need my business after I took a vehicle back due to poor quality of workmanship doesn't speak good customer service. When a staff person will get in your face and put his chest against yours and provoke a physical fight along with name callling, I wonder what type of business owner would allow this. I thought the customer was always right or at least would be listened to and a compromise would be agreed upon. Over the years, I've referred several of my friends and co-workers but I will make sure they all know about this incident and to no longer do business with such a rude establishment.
