Muscle Mechanics is a "private" facility that is dedicated exclusively to personal training. I've enjoyed my time there and would recommend it to anyone, but especially those that are a little intimidated by BIG gyms with over-crowded memberships. All training sessions are by appointment, and they have professional grade cardio and weight-machines in addition to freeweights and stability/balance paraphenalia. They also give free initial consultations to discuss your goals and training options, too!
