Suggestions may be made but never have I felt pressured to pay for un necessary repairs. Your 5 star experience starts from the moment you walk in. Arden is such a professional with an amazing amount of car and tire knowledge. She is very welcoming! I have taken my car in for both tires and engine repairs. I give both 5 stars. You will never need another shop. Murrieta Tire and Auto shop conducts business family style. After many trips to get my car up and running. I received a hand written "Thank You" card expressing their gratitude and it was signed by all the mechanics and Arden. I was surprised and WOWED!!!! Anytime I go to Murrieta Tire and Auto they will fit me in. They are convenient and they do what they say they are going to do to your vehicle. I have never seen them overcharge or sell you something you don't really need. They are truly an honest service. To me, their integrity means everything so I will keep using them. more

Anytime we have a vehicle that's having a problem. I call up Rocky at Murrieta Tire and Auto and explain to him what's going on. He'll basically tell me what's wrong and to bring in the vehicle. He assesses it, calls me back, and tells me what's going on and how much it will cost. He does the repairs and I am always very satisfied. more
