Since very often the anonymous reviews written on citysearch (and other similar sites) are often written by a competitor or a person with personal vendetta, with the sole intention of harming a company's reputation. It would be very helpful if both of this reviewer would elaborate on these complaints with more specifics. bmc_brooklyn - it would helpful if you could be much more specific about your claims. Can you mention the name of the company that you claim came in and requested you? Don't you think that would be helpful to people reading this, as well as validate your complaint? Since there is only 1 person writing these complaints about All Area, in the many years they have been conducting business (and with thousands of units they mange), and it is vague and poorly explains anything, the validity of this claim does seem a bit questionable. Very disappointed by both quality of what was delivered and lack of courtesy when I contacted them about the substitution that they made to my order. This was a special gift for friends who had been through a very difficult time, and a tacky arrangement was sent instead of the azalea I had ordered. Rather than give me an earnest apology that I was disappointed they belligerently hid behind their policy of ""subsitution"" (I don't consider Gerbera daisies to be an appropriate substitution for an azalea) and stated clearly that they would do exactly the same thing again if given the same order.
