My grandson is a patient at MM C. We have tried to call many times to make him and appointment with his pediatrician no one will call us back. He is almost 7 months old and he still has not had his second shots because we have a bill we are paying on and they said until it is paid they will not give him his shots.I've even called to pay it off and they won't call back. That just lets you know its all about the money not the patients.Find a place that knows how to care of your children, its not here for sure. more

Yes. RUN from this practice. Do not walk. RUN! If I could give this less than a one-star review, I would. This place actually discriminates against those who are ill. They have a zero-tolerance for changed or cancelled appointments due to disability, and one doctor can black-ball you from seeking treatment from any other doctors who are part of this practice, regardless of specialty, for any reason he or she likes. According to Ms. Rose, patient advocate, this "black-ball" status can never be changed or revoked. Once you're on the list, it's permanent. The patient has no way to appeal or even challenge this status, rendering "patient advocacy" an oxymoron. It doesn't exist. Lack of patient rights should be a HUGE red-flag to anyone even considering this practice. Do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from this practice entirely. Your health may depend on it. This place is about quantity of patients, not quality of care. more

Bad: I was pregnant and having pains and needed to make an appointment. Well the receptionist kept asking tons of questions about my insurance which they already have on file because I'm an established patient. After being put on hold to go ask someone else about me making an appointment I still never got what I called for which was an appointment. Then after I told her I was going somewhere else she said I can let you talk to the nurse and she can let you know what you need to do. What I need is an Appointment. Other: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!. more

I have been going there my whole life, literally. My mom's OBGYN is there so she took me and my brother to a pediatrician there as well. When I started going to an OBGYN, that was naturally where I went. When I got pregnant it was a no brainer than my child would also go there. I would recommend them to anyone!! Everyone I have ever dealt with there has been amazing from the patient services and office staff to the lab to the nurses and doctors. They are amazing and they really care about the individual person. I can't say enough about them! more

We use the clinic to see our kids doctor, I used them when I was pregnant and my husband has also visited a doctor there. Every doctor I have dealt with has been awesome! The lab staff really takes their time especially with children which is always a good thing. As in all doctor's offices the wait is sometimes long but if you schedule appointments early as I do...I am always in and out of there. Ultraound on site which is great when you are pregnant. They also have X-ray and same day surgery. If you are looking for a new doctor you should check out the clinic! more
