i walked into this financial company to help my mother understand what they were saying and as we sat down this albert said something and i questioned it and this albert guy started yelling saying he dosnt have to help me just my mother and so he said something else and i asked her to ask him something and he gose off yelling at me about how im being rude and to go out side with my questions and all i said was to see the law were they can charge the customer for them sending out their repo person they need a sign on their font door saying caution crappy service dont ever go their and also i called to talked to the superviser and he agreed that albert was not being rude and agreed with his yelling
