The management here is awful and extremely rude. The maintenance man doesn't fix anything when he does show up and it is usually 3-4 weeks (if ever) after you ask them to fix anything. You usually have to continue to call. These apartments are filled with mold and have a VERY bad cockroach problems (ask the neighbors, it is a problem in way more than 1 of the buildings). The playground is a joke and has graffiti of cuss words all over it. The ""gym"" is only open 9am-5pm when management is there so basically if you work a normal 9-5pm, you will never be able to use it (not like it is worth it any ways). Crime is also a major problem in this area mostly due to kids running around with no adult supervision. You will get multiple knocks on your door from kids asking for money for food or trying to sell you something like a car wash with Shout spray or an empty pizza box -- not kidding. Basically these places are falling apart and they are trying to hike up rent to improve them however the people they allow to rent these places are complete trash and they will move in 10 of their closest relatives into a 3 bedroom. It is completely ridiculous, STAY AWAY!!!
