Muhammad's Temple Of Islam

My experience was similar to the previous attendant., except I was there a little longer. I felt like I walked into a cult. When you go to a establishment of God, you are supposse to feel a sense of peace, there was none there. The so-called minister is not a Minister. The ordained minister he took down and made him a regular person. How much sense does that make? They have the children walking around looking ragdey. And worst of all if you don't have a certain amount of money you are looked down upon. The Messenger would definitely not like this and this is not the Messenger's teachings. I feel if they remove certain factors at the top (administration) the temple would be a wonderful place.The some of the non-official brothers and sisters is what made the experience a little better. more

Well, I actually attended this temple once upon a time, and to tell the truth; it wasn't a very pleasurable expericence. For one thing, I found the minister's fire and brimstone approach to the teaching of Muhammad to be a complete crock of BS, and not worth my time. I felt as though the people were judging me, and the ""lecture"" was ridiculiously long, and strayed from the inital topic more often than not. For future refrences I will never attende this masque again, and don't advise others to either. I'm, going to continue looking until I find one that better suits my way of thinking, and more importanly, the findamental teachings of Muhammad. more
