Worst

I have been to two of the Mr. C's Car Washes, and this is the worst. Access is very inconvenient, and every time I go there, I have to ask an employee for a towel so I can finish...

In response to Accused of Stealing 7/16/2008

Mr. C's Car Wash would like to respond to Mr. Gary P. Koiseter's post with our account of what happened on August 2, 2007. We communicate via walkie-talkies between departments here at the wash. Our vacuum department radioed to the wipedown department that a customer would be riding down in his vehicle and promised to pay when he reached wipedown. Mr. Koister drove off the conveyor, remained in his vehicle while the crew dried it, and when the crew informed him they were done he got out of his vehicle (we assumed he got out to pay) but he simply looked his car over, got back in,backed up, and was about to pull off when I knocked on his window asking him if he paid. His exact quote ""Yes, I already paid in the back,"" I asked him for a reciept and he was not able to produce one and it was at that point that I told him that I knew he didn't pay in the back because of they radioed up. He then said ""Oh, I totally forgot to pay. It's a good thing you reminded me"" and exited the vehicle and proceeded to lobby. I followed him into the lobby to watch him pay which is policy whenever a customer ""forgets to pay"" which offended Mr. Koester and he started a verbal volly with ""you don't have to follow me tough guy, I'm not a theif."" I replied ""Sir, I just want to make sure you do pay."" He responded ""Are you calling me a theif? Are you accusing me of stealing? What's your name?"" I provided him with my name- the General Manager, and the owner's phone #. I then followed Mr. Koester out of the lobby and informed him that his business was no longer welcomed. Any customers that visits Mr. C's knows us as a family based business and it is shown in our excellent customer service. This site should be used to truthfully evaluate businesses to help consumers decide where to spend their hard earned money, not as a place to defame a business. Horrible for the Price 11/1/2007

This is what a 12$ car wash does not buy you; cup holders cleaned, empty ash tray and a cleaned dash..I could have paid 15$ to have my car HAND washed and the whole inside would have look fabulous! Oh and if you want your tires to shine, you need to upgrade to the next package which is 20.50$ 8.50$ for armor all?!?!?! This place is a total rip off...Try Jax Kar Wash instead..I will never patron Mr. C's Kar Wash again... Pros: Outside wash was decent Cons: You have to pay for every little thing...And they will TAX U!!! more

Poor accessibility & service 10/24/2007

I have been to two of the Mr. C's Car Washes, and this is the worst. Access is very inconvenient, and every time I go there, I have to ask an employee for a towel so I can finish drying off something. Once it was my mirror, twice it was my moon roof (inside). On my other car, they never clean the inside of my back window for some reason. Also, there are usually streaks left on my dash. I do not plan to go there again with service like that. I was hoping the poor service was just a result of someone having a bad day, but I guess they have a lot of bad days judging from the service I have recieved. THE EXPIDITER WAS VERY RUDE AND PUSHY, ACCUSED ME OF STEALING 8/2/2007

I AM APPAULD AT THE SERVICE I RECIEVD FROM MR C'S CAR WASH ON THURSDAY, AUG 2, 2007. I WAS ACCUSED OF TRYING TO LEAVE THE CARWASH WITHOUT PAYING BY A PERSON NAMED DANNY. HE ASKED ME FOR A RECEIPT WHILE MY CAR WAS BEING DRIED OFF AND THE TIRES DETAILED. USUALLY I DO NOT GET A RECEIPT UNTIL I GO INSIDE AND PAY AND I TOLD HIMM THAT I HAVE NO RECEIPT BECAUSE I HAVE NOT YET PAID. HE THEN BEGAN TO ACCUSE ME OF TRYING TO STEAL A FREE WASH. I TOLD HIM I HAVE NOT YET PAID AND WOULD GIVE HIM A RECEIPT ONCE I GO INSIDE AND PAY. HE DIDN'T WANT TO LET IT GO AT THAT AND BEGAN SAYING THINGS LIKE "" YOU THOUGHT YOU GOT AWAY WITH IT"" i TOLD HIM TO LEAVE ME ALONE OR I WOULD GET INTOUCH WITH HIS SUPERIOR. HE THEN BEGAN TO TRY TO INSTIGATE A FIGHT AND WHEN I IGNORED HIM HE DID IT EVEN MORE. I HAVE BEEN COMING TO YOUR CAR WASH RELIGOUSLY SINCE IT OPENED AND I NEVER MET DANNY IN MY LIFE, BUT ANY OF THE OTHER EXPIDITERS I HAVE DEALT WITH HAVE BEEN VERY POLITE, DANYY ON THE OTHER HAND HAS A CHIP ON HIS SHOULDER. I DO NOT SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH WAITING TILL YOUR CAR IS BEING DRIED OFF BEFORE YOU PAY THE CASHIER, I KNOW NO OTHER WAY TO DO IT. FOR DANNY TO TRY TO INSTIGATE A FIGHT WITH YOUR CLIENTS COULD END UP GETTING YOUR ORGANIZATION SUED IF SOMEBODY DOES NOT NIP THIS IN THE BUD RIGHT NOW. i THINK I AM OWED AN APOLIGY FOR THIS PERSONS BEHAVIOR. more
