Best

This review is for the Mr. Bill's in Las Cruces, NM, where there is a branch of this restaurant chain. We are pretty picky about our burgers, and the claim that they are the best...

Worst

Mr. Bills is by far the worst place I've ever attempted to dine, if you got through the wait times and the not so pleasant hostess. The foods not all that great either, the burger...

Mr. Bill's is alright 8/25/2006

I have to start off by saying that I have had a lot of really good life experiences at Mr. Bill's...don't ask me why, I don't know...it has just worked out that way. It's a place that I have met a lot of friends, both good and bad. Lots of good memories. There are a lot of things to choose from on the menu and most are pretty good. I can't remember ever having a really bad meal there although I have had horrifying service there a time or two. I have had great service too so it's definitely a mixed bag. I love the breakfasts there although they are definitely greasy spoon. The taquito things are good and I am glad that they quit calling them whatever it is that they initially called them because they were always having to explain that they were really taquito type things>.< It's a good place to go for burger and fries type meals as long as you aren't in a hurry and the meal isn't something where you are trying to impress. more

50's diner with good grubbins 8/18/2005

Mr. Bill's is a 50's style diner packed with 50's memorabilia. Among such charming details as pink neon lighting and waitress-legs, the pervasive Howdy Doody images seem, well, appropriate. The menu is loaded with all kinds of burgers and melts, and you can get a decent malt there too, if your into that kind of thing. The food is good. The bar is open from 6am to 2am every single night, and has a big screen tv, but no pool or darts. Even the non-smoking area smells smoky, and the bathrooms are nasty. If they were updated or at least cleaned really well, I would give Mr. Bills 4 stars. more
