Really great service! Technician from Mr. Drain Plumbing was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He explained clearly what the problem, all the options, is and then expertly continues to clean the drain. He came within an hour’s, and there was no extra Emergency fee. Another thing that I liked was excellent customer service! I hopefully will not need a plumber soon again, but if I do I will immediately call Mr. Drain Plumbing. I even purchased a lifetime Advantage Plan Membership. Thanks again. more

Well done Billy!!! 10/8/2010

Billy is awesome!!!! When he gives a quote... BELIEVE IT!!! Billy did an excellent job for me at a DECENT price. I really appreciate the fact that he didn't take advantage of me. I had him do a many minor repairs around the apartment that my BF just couldn't handle. Billy worked very well and is VERY professional, friendly, trustworthy and honest. If I hadn't found this company on the internet, I would still be stressing. I will be calling Billy in the future to do any project for me. HE'S A GREAT GUY! more
