Mr Cool Radiator

From the moment I started speaking with Chuck on the phone he put me at ease. I was at my wits end with a leaky radiator and about to head out on a road trip within a couple of days. Chuck was extremely friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. He gave me a quote for an affordable price and told me he could get it done right away. I took my car in the next morning and sure enough it was ready when I got off work. Everyone I encountered at Mr. Cool Radiator was very friendly and helpful. I've spent the last 2 days telling everyone I know how awesome this place is! The radiator in my pickup blew out and I was going to take it to the dealership because I'm skeptical about other service shops. But I called around anyway to see what else was available and Mr Cool had a much better price - but that's not what made me decide to try it. From the second I got him on the phone, Jay was super nice. He explained a couple of possible problem scenarios and solutions. He even called and set up the towing for me! Not long after he got the vehicle he called me to let me know exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost. Then when I went to pick up my truck later that same afternoon it was ready to go and it works great. This was a great experience - good price and great customer service.
