WARNING!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!! They damaged my car and washed their hands from any responsibility!!! When I picked up my car I notice all interior was covered with orange greasy substance that wasn?t wiped exactly clean, it was sticky and smelled horrible! I had to ask them to wipe my seat so I could seat without getting this thing all over my clothes! When I got home I noticed orange stain by the bottom of my windshield and the edges of the windows that is now permanent. Upon further inspection on the outside of the car I also noticed my headlight housings has become totally foggy I thought it was moisture at first then I realized it was TERRIBLY SCRATCH!!! It looks like they used buffing machine on plastic cover of my headlight that actually heated up and caused it to bubble up and damaging the housing. I took the car back the next day and I showed them the damage they straight up lied to my face and told me it was already there! I spend $180 for detail job that ended up costing me over $400 in damages at the end since I have to replace both my front headlight housings. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSWAHERE!!!!!! This is very unprofessional operation and they absolutely assume no responsibility for their mistakes and beware if your car gets damage here you are on your own! Unprofessional business like this has no place in our community, they should change the way they do business or be forced to shut down. more

I took my honda here and as I pulled away the front of my ashtray fell off my counsel because it was completely broken off. They had broken it and tried to put it back into place without telling me. When I brought it back the supervisor told me that I should have brought it to their attention before driving away. Mind you, I only pulled out then made a u-turn back into the car wash. I should also mention that when I made the initial complaint they feigned not to speak english, although, when I brought my car in they spoke it pretty well. The supervisor said he didn't have the authority to do anything. I tried to contact the manager via phone, personal visit and letter and received no response. All I wanted was an apology and a reason why they tried to hide it from me. Their dishonesty and poor customer service is why I rate them as not recommended. more
