Fantastic service department. I had a problem with my bike for years that I just couldn't get fixed. I took it to several different repair shops over the years with no luck. Finaly a friend told me about this place where he always had his bike serviced. I could tell from talking to the mechanic that he knew what he was talking about and I was right. After all these years, problem solved more

My heroes 4/15/2011

These guys are fantastic. I was traveling on my bike from Kansas city when it broke down. It was a Saturday afternoon and I was left stranded. I called several shops in the area but none could or would help me until I called this shop. They said that they were closing at 3:00 oclock but were willing to help me out. They towed my bike in. Unfortuantely they were closed on Sunday which I understood but first thing on Monday they called to say that my charging system had failed but they could have it fixed that afternoon. I received a call sooner than expected and was on my way that afternoon. Continued my trip to Philadelphia and returned all the way home without a problem. I am very greatful because my trip would have been ruined without them. more

Ripped off by another mechanic 7/27/2009

My motorcycle broke down and this garage worked on it. They called me up and explained that they didn't know what caused the problem and they didn't know what fixed the problem. Then he told me that I owed him $319 for labor. When I went to the shop to pick up my bike he closed early so I could not get it until the next business day which was Saturday. Then I seen the sign next to the door that he wouldn't be open Saturday. This caused me to miss out on a couple great rides over the weekend on top of having to pay $319 for his ""professional"" service that consisted of ""I don't know what was wrong with it or how it got fixed."" I won't be going back to this guy again. \r \r Update - When I got my bike back, he asured me that he had driven the bike several times and had no more problems with it. I took it home and spent the next couple days painting my brothers bike. Once that was done, we both hop on our bikes and take off. 45 minutes later I'm broke down again and stranded on the side of the road with the same exact problem. Since this guy wrote on my receipt that he wouldn't charge me anymore labor on this issue, I called him up and once again, it's sitting in his shop. Cons: Customer Service is lousy, business ethics are shady more
