My motorcycle broke down and this garage worked on it. They called me up and explained that they didn't know what caused the problem and they didn't know what fixed the problem. Then he told me that I owed him $319 for labor. When I went to the shop to pick up my bike he closed early so I could not get it until the next business day which was Saturday. Then I seen the sign next to the door that he wouldn't be open Saturday. This caused me to miss out on a couple great rides over the weekend on top of having to pay $319 for his ""professional"" service that consisted of ""I don't know what was wrong with it or how it got fixed."" I won't be going back to this guy again. \r
Update - When I got my bike back, he asured me that he had driven the bike several times and had no more problems with it. I took it home and spent the next couple days painting my brothers bike. Once that was done, we both hop on our bikes and take off. 45 minutes later I'm broke down again and stranded on the side of the road with the same exact problem. Since this guy wrote on my receipt that he wouldn't charge me anymore labor on this issue, I called him up and once again, it's sitting in his shop.
Cons: Customer Service is lousy, business ethics are shady
