Mosaic at Metro Apartments

I've lived at the Mosaic at Metro for 3 months now and from day one I noticed that the customer service is horrible. If you call the front office, no one is ever available to take your call, nor do they call you back. It seems as though the rental office reps focus more on getting people in than keeping the residents they have. On June 3rd my motorcycle along with another resident's motorcycle was stolen out of a gated camera secure garage that they sell you on when moving in. After going to the management office inquiring if they were going to inform the community of the theft and if I could review the video tape from the day my motorcycle was stolen, the only response that I received was that "they didn't want to bombard the residents with notifications" and they would send something out soon. The property manager promised me 4 times that she would send out notice and it's been 2 months and I still haven't seen a notice go out to residents regarding the incident. I sent an email to follow up with the property manager and she never responded. I also sent an email to the Resident Relations email address for follow up and I never received a response. The property manager also kept saying that "this was the first time something like this has ever happened here", which lead me to believe that due to the lack of experience, the management staff was not equipped to handle this situation, nor were they concerned about the residents safety enough to send out notification to put residents on alert. I am still trying to reach a human within Resident Relations to figure out how this situation can be rectified and to date I haven't heard anything. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. The community looks appealing but once they get you in, they do nothing to keep you. FYI...They have 2 grills by the pool, one of which has been broken the entire summer without being fixed. These are the only two grills for tis large community, and they have no desire to fix this, even after this past Fathers Day where two family's were about to have a physical fist fight by the pool over the grill. BEWARE!! more
