I have been a customer of Morrison automotive for over ten years. I have had an array of makes and model cars ranging from Ford Festivas' to a Chevy Express, Hondas' and a Dodge Ram truck, just to name a few. There has not been a time when the service received has ever been below outstanding. Excellence is expected starting from the top down at Morrison. Kenny, the owner, does not require anything from his employees that he is not willing to do himself. He is respected by his employees because he gives respect in decision making processes and on the level of basic human interaction. I have personally been involved in many a discussion over the best solutions to repair a vehicle and often times witnessed mutual answers come from Kenny, any one of his mechanics and the customer as to how to proceed repair wise, time wise and cost wise. Morrison Automotive works with their customers on every level possible to ensure customer satisfaction at a legitimate price. A customer can expect top notch results from very knowledgeable mechanics and front desk personnel, who consistently remain on top of their game. Morrison maintains accurate records of service received and recommended services needed for proper care of your vehicle. As with most things good in life, having the best at your disposal is not inexpensive. A customer can expect to get optimum performance at a very reasonable expense. Not too high and not too low but just right for market expectations. I believe going most anywhere else would not be the best decision for a customer in terms of affordability and time for the excellent results received. The return on investment by taking your vehicle to Morrison far outweighs having to take your ride back to the a mediocre shop and taking a cheaper route. Just don't chance it.
