I ordered a Batman costume that was well over 400.00 and gave them my credit card no.(Big Mistake) They sent we a childs cloth costume instead of the rubber one in the movie that I was promised. I sent it back and they said they could not credit my account because there were bootops missing. I sent it back in the same bag I received it.Three months later, I have not recieved the 400.00. One of the owners made up a story that I had a previous bill that was never charged to my credit card from 2007. The would not give me the refund. Terry Bate who is the owner does this all the time according to her employees. I spoke to Val who is very familiar with the embezzlement process but cannot say anything more because she would lose her job.
This company is a desperate rip off.
