My husband and I found the tree specialists at Morning Star Tree Service to be very knowledgeable and thorough in the services they provided for our trees. Their understanding of our tree's specific needs was quite remarkable. We will use them time and again, to help our trees remain healthy, well trimmed and beautiful. Thanks again Morning Star. Competent People, Good Work 9/4/2009

We live in Sandy and we have used Morning Sun Tree Service on three seperate occasions and have been very pleased with their service. They were professional, capable, worked very hard, and did a great job. When given the choice, they prefer to heal unhealthy flora rather than eliminate it, but when we choose to have them remove an unwanted tree or shrub, they move right ahead and get the job done quickly and then clean up very well afterwards. Pros: Did exactly what they said they would do and more Cons: None encountered more

BEST TREE SERVICE TO AVOID 9/14/2008

We used this tree service earlier this year for several trees. Since we had never used a tree service, we are assuming they did a good job. Most of what we needed was dead wood removed and some pruning on some rather large trees. In the process, however, some of their workers dropped several limbs on the power lines connected to the house which resulted in our power being shut off by Rocky Mountain Power until the needed repairs were completed. While they helped make all the arrangements for Rocky Mountain and an electrician to come and do the repairs, they ""had to leave"" before the electrician was through and asked that we pay the electrician and that their insurance company would reimburse us for any costs incurred. That was almost three months ago and do you think we've ever been able to get them to respond to our many calls? FAT CHANCE!! We've even sent registered letters, which have been returned marked as ""return to sender"" and ""address is vacant house"". On all their paperwork it said ""licensed and insured"" but we highly doubt any truth to that after our experience. more
