I am in escrow with this condo community and despite the wait, they have been very nice to me. The units have great floorplans and are located in a great area. I'm really pleased with the customer service I have received and the price of my unit. A new complex is going in behind this place which will probably raise the value even more. I will buy at all their future complexes as well. more

I recently purchased a luxury condo at the Beautiful Villas at Stone Creek. This community far surpasses any other condo complex I've seen. All of the units have attached garages, and there is no one living above or below you. These villas are located on the SW Corner of Paradise Village Pkwy. and Tatum. more
