Dr. Williams and he was GREAT 11/11/2011

My son was Dr. Williams and he was GREAT! M son is very afraid of dentists and the last appt somewhere else was horrible. Dr. Williams made him feel very comfortable and made sure he was calmed down. Dr. Williams talked to him through the process. The procedure was done before I knew it. Keep hiring more dentists like that. more

Dr. Marks was very professional 11/11/2011

Dr. Marks was very professional and self assuring that I would get the best treatment, and would be taken care of. She was very warm and confident. more

The staff is always very pleasant 11/8/2011

The staff is always very pleasant and very patient when I am asking them questions or expressing my concerns about my treatment. more

Dentist was honest 11/6/2011

Overall dentist was honest when I asked her questions about what I need to do to get my teeth in better shape. more

Outstanding services 11/6/2011

I've never been treated as good in any dental office ever! You and all the staff made me feel like family. Although, I was scared to have my first deep cleaning, they relaxed me and I made it without tears. Thanks to the whole staff, keep up the outstanding services. more

Horrible service, go somewhere else! 1/30/2008

I have had 4 appointments in the past month, and each time I waited at least an hour to be seen, and after waiting for so long, I almost always was asked to reschedule my appointment because they were very busy. I did not reschedule after waiting so long, and the dentist apparently took this out on me. I went through horrendous pain (and I can tolerate pain pretty well), and nobody bothered to ask if I was doing ok or if anesthesia was working. One time, they didn't even use anesthesia when they should have, and only realized that they had not after I was crying from the pain. The hygienists were pretty nice, but the dentist, Dr. Brown, was rude and not helpful at all. If you have questions, she will not answer them, and she will treat you like you have no right to ask. While she is working on your teeth, she seems to be concerned for you, however, before and after she works on you, she provides horrible service. I was asked to reschedule my appt for 1hour earlier b/c the Dr had an appt at 5pm. I arrived earlier, but they didnt get around to working on me until 5:15pm, & by this time the Dr was in such a hurry, that after she placed permanent crowns on my teeth, she left me crying in her chair from the pain, said ""have a nice day"" and walked out of the building. She didn't ask if I was ok, didn't tell me if or when the pain would subside, or what to do about it. I have told all of my family and friends not to go to this place, & have also told the receptionist that I will be changing dentists due to this place being the worst dental office I have ever been to. She did not seem surprised, and just let me know that they will send my records to any dentist I choose as long as my balance is paid off. Pros: Nothing. Cons: Awful location, old & dirty offices, not very knowledgeable staff, horrible bedside manner by the dentist. more
