I took an oil stain on very delicate fabric to them, on a ballgown with glued-on rhinestones. The owners explained to me that the oil would come out easily but the rhinestones would come off as well, unless they hand-cleaned the oil stains individually, which might leave a ring around the stain. Well, they got to work and the stain came out completely. They put a lot of effort into their work and presented the ballgown back to me in perfect condition. I've had bad experiences at a lot of places, and these people clearly care about their work, their reputation, and their customers. I felt like a person with a problem that they would do their best to solve, and not just another ticket item. Thank you thank you thank you! more

Found my favorite dry cleaning store in town! 3/22/2012

I guess the previous reviewer had a bad experience, but if you check out other reviews in Yelp and myself this store is fantastic. Finally found my favorite dry cleaning store in town. Price is reasonable, and service is far better than more pricey ones. They don't ship your clothes to other warehouses. All the cleaning is done within the store, so it's faster and adds more personal touch. There are several mom and pops around town, but this one seems to run independently (Lake Mead and Buffalo location). Love them! more

""Don't get taken to the cleaners"" 5/25/2007

I thought I would try the new drycleaners in my neighborhood. Mom & Pop's (Town Center & Twain in Summerlin). I took in 2 of my husbands shirts for drycleaning. I picked up the shirts without event, & paid for the service. I hung the bagged shirts in my husband's closet and life went on. When my husband removed his shift from the bag/hanger it was found to be shrunk. It was a silk shirt that had been laundered & starched. I had requested drycleaning not laundry service. It's now over a size smaller & he will never be able to wear it again. I returned the shirt to the cleaners and spoke with the manager. She wanted the shirt to show the owner & stated they would get back to be. Many days later the manager called and stated the owner will not refund the shirt price or the charge for the cleaning, but I could have a store credit. I expressed I was not interested in store credit, rather I wanted a refund as I would not be using their services again (based on poor performance). I asked to speak with the owner directly. Over a week passed the and owner never called. I stopped by the store on 3 difference occasions and called numerous times. The owner was never available, and he never returned my call. Finally, frustrated with lack of concern over this damage, I called and stated the owner had 1 hour to call me or I would be calling the Bureau. The owner called in 29 minutes. He refused to refund any of my loss (shirt or cleaning). He then told me to be careful regarding what I say because he has a corporate attorney. I informed him I would indeed be notifying the bureau as well as leaving my review on City Search. I found their lack of communication (follow up), making a customer return to the store multiple times, & their refusing to admit fault more
