Don't bother with these people. We had an easy job consisting of an empty townhouse with less than 1300 sq ft. Two people totaled 2 hr and 20 minutes (so that is over 4 man hours) and they did just the upstairs which was 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. They didn't even get downstairs! We told them to leave and did the downstairs ourselves in less than an hour. Ridiculous. Don't give these people your money! more

Great customer service! I am never disappointed everytime they clean for me. I have lots of dog hair and the maids always do a thorough job. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for difficult cleaning jobs to be done. more

Today I had one of the best service experiences I've ever paid for. I have always cleaned my own house, but I have found it hard to keep up with everything. It was simple to schedule, they were able to accomodate the time and day of the week I needed. The team was wonderful. The ladies were friendly and very concerned with doing a good job. I ran some errands and came home to a beautiful clean house and a lovely note. What a treat! I planned to use them only one time, but instead I'm becoming an alternate week customer. I would definately recommend this service. Pros: Convenient, great customer service, good value Cons: It costs money more

The cleaning was on par with what other maid services provide--no better, no worse. The maids were polite and hardworking. Unfortunately, they left three overloaded trash bags in front of my front door, which broke when I picked them up to transport to the dumpster. As a result, my household garbage was blown across my neighborhood. I spent the next hour with a broom and trash bag picking up these items. I later called Molly Maid and reported that this service was not what I paid $167 for. The company owner had absolutely no empathy and said I should be greatful that at least I got the inside of my home cleaned. I mentioned this was not good customer service on their part, but he was not concerned with losing an individual customer. Of note, this is not a criticism of their maids, but instead it is a negative review of the company. FYI-I have tried other maid services on this website and I have not found this disrespect with any other company. Pros: Maids are hardworking and very nice Cons: Owners are rude. They will initially promise to "take care of" any mistakes or damages, but this is somehow forgotten once they get your money more
