The color achieved has been excellent, but the top layer only. I can't wear my hair up, even after pointing out the problem, the problem of stripiness and bleedthrough still exists. \r

The waiting; sure you save forty bucks, but is it worth te extra two hours? Is it worth standing in line like cows to a trough just to be shampooed? For me, nah. I prefer the massage style shampoos followed by hot-towel wraps of the salons of higher $. I prefer that my colorist, stylist treats me as though my appointment is important and gets me in and out in nothing over 30 minutes outside of appointment time, AND actually has observed appointment times.\r

The owner, self-proclaimed brilliance, I am certain is impressing many women with his style in cuts, but when you go in and you're told you'll get a ""trim; this much and clean up the ends,"" you do not expect inches to be falling to the ground everywhere. My hair, which I prefer long, is in dire threat of being very short if I continue in this salon. All the growth that I had achieved has been cut off without warning or sufficient consultation. I'm ticked! The style isn't me, it is him and it doesn't work for my lifestyle.\r

I won't go back. I'll pay twice as much to have someone who listens to me. This salon falls short of my expectations and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has ever frequented an excellent salon.\r

Pros: Beautiful place, you can get mani/pedi because there will be a long waiting time.
Cons: You get their hairstyle - no offer of input, no consistency from one hairstyle to the next visit.
