Worst

MoMo's was a recommendation as an institution in the area. I'm certain the vibe is quite different on game-nights than regular nights. We ordered a simple meal but James outdid Er...

No Local Love 5/14/2006

If you happen to live close to the ballpark like I do, you cross your fingers and hope for the day when a bar or restaurant opens up that isn't designed to cater solely to the baseball "tourists" that head into the neighborhood. Every bar here seems to charge $5.50 where in other neighborhoods you would pay $4.25 maximum. At least at O'Neill's you get a full 22 ounces of Murphy's Stout for $5.75. But MoMo's? 16 ounces of beer for $6. That's not local love. That's gouging tourists and anyone else who happens to go there. I can't comment on the food, the clientele or anything else. I can say at these prices, MoMo's is a No No. more

Overpriced, but good fun 5/13/2006

We took my mom here for her birthday, after a Giants game. We went early for dinner (4:30/4:45pm), but right after the game. The bar was packed with young drinkers, but the dining room was quite nice. I had the mushroom ravolis with pomodoro sauce. It was good, but not worth the $19 price tag. There is no kids' menu but my kids had the pizza appetizer and a side of fries. The fries rocked and were worth the $5, but $17 for two kids seems outrageous, of course, maybe they are trying to discourage kids. We were thinking about ordering a second order, but my mom's baby back ribs came with fries too. more

Upscale eats across from PacBell Park 8/8/2004

Located directly across from PacBell (SBC) Park, MoMo's is both a gameday destination as well as an excellent restaurant any other day of the week. Featuring a hip decor, MoMo's serves up modern American fare that is generally excellent. Unless you're going to the game, definitely plan your evenings around the Giants' schedule. more

  • In Short
The open dining area and tightly packed tables emphasize the bustle of this restaurant that can be very busy when there's a game across the street at AT&T Park. The menu is...
