I've been going to Mo Mong for years. I have noticed a slight decline but after tonight's meal, I will never be back. It took over 20 minutes to get our Mango Chicken Spring roll ...

Great Food, Terrible Service 2/28/2003

The food is great for the area and without driving all the way across town in case you're not located close to Chinatown/Bellaire. I can not commend on the service as it has always been as terrible since it first opened! more

Delicious Asian food in hip setting 2/15/2003

Delicious fare. Quite a variety for vegetarians: Try the Indonesian noodles with tofu and soyabean sprouts and lemongrass tofu. Fascinating artwork on the walls. Alternative crowd. Reasonable prices. Pros: Vegetarian variety, Hip atmosphere, Fairly inexpensive Cons: None I can think of more

After trying the specialty martinis, the ever changing artwork provides a nice focal point for the waning senses. Used to be a good restaurant for romantic dining, but the ambience has fallen victim to the sheer popularity of the establishment. The place for Martinis 11/27/2002

The best small restaraunt hang out for Wednesday nights, great Martinis! Also, a great place to go for date nights other nights of the week. Pros: atmosphere, music, martinis Cons: wait for table time, hard to move around more

Martini heaven 11/21/2002

Well, I've been on Wednesday nights and it's usally the spot to see some regular faces, have a $2 martini and get tore down. The down side is that the downstairs bar is pretty small so carrying a martini is pretty difficult. Overall, it's a trendy spot with the best martini prices is town. Top notch! 7/23/2002

Went here last Friday and was pretty impressed. The fairly long wait for a table was easy to handle thanks to the mixing talents of their bartender. The food was really quite good, and the atmoshere was cool. Definite recommendation. more
