I scheduled an appointment with the owner, Mary, to meet me at my condo to contract her to clean it. We agreed on a time and I gave her the unit number. The day of the appointment she did not show, which was my first clue. I called to see if she was going to make it. She said she would be there in 30 minutes but she had forgotten the condo number, which was my second clue. After 45 minutes she still had not shown. Third time's a charm.\r
I guess she has too much business to take on new clients. She certainly is not dependable or interested in customer service.
