This bowl of pho is simple and fantastic. Very high quality ingredients topped with the fresh herbs that add to the aromatic nature of this dish. more

I've never been in a place with this aweful service and I eat out constantly. Servers take forever to get to you and the people there our rude, specially the OWNER. Too bad I actually liked the food, but HORRIBLE service. Will never eat there again n will make sure people I know don't either. more

Miss Saigon is all around delicious. They offer an array of traditional Vietnamese fare that has been "Americanized" (meaning no mystery meat, chicken skin / feet, tripe, etc.) \r \r I've eaten my way through their menu at both locations (Coral Gables and Pinecrest) and have yet to be disappointed. You can't go wrong with the Miss Saigon Noodle Bowl (rice noodles, loaded with an assortment of fresh veggies, spring rolls, chicken, lemongrass and curry). The Beef Pho and Miss Saigon Steak are equally as wonderful. \r \r If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese, try Pho-Thang in south Miami-Dade. It's delicious, but can be a bit intimidating for those who have never experienced "real" Vietnamese. more

I really love Miss Saigon. It truly is the only place in Miami where you'll get good Vietnamese. The Miss Saigon noodles are probably the best thing in the menu but if you're in search of the best Pho head to Commercial Blvd in Fort Lauderdale/Tamarac. Worth the trip and mix more

Gotta Try It 4/7/2009

Order Miss Saigon Rice Noodle Ric Style to understand what is so special about this place. Ask them about their herbs...they grow them! The entres are simple but fresh ingredients make the difference. Another favorite is chicken and vegetables. This is a place we take out of towners to experience...not often you find good Vietnamese at such good prices too. They also opened another location near Dadeland off US-1. I've only had good experiences w. the service and food at both locations is consistently good!!! Pros: Great Food Inexpensive more

I love Miss Saigon, I have been a big fan ever since they had the small little restaurant in the Gables. Seeing them grow is a pleasure, especially since they have been able to maintain the consistant quality of their food. I love it! Must have the crispy fish, miss saigon noodles, the soups are out of control! Yum! I am getting hungry! more

Consistantly good 2/17/2008

This restaurant is a great place for the Coral Gables lunch crowd. You can relax with friends or co-workers, the food is consitstantly good, well priced (for Coral Gables)and best of all good service that won't make you late to work. Pros: Service, Ambiance Cons: Coral Gables Parking more

Good food and good service 2/15/2008

It was my first time eating at Miss Saigon. I and 4 others met there for a lunch meeting. I thought the food was good. I played it safe with chicken and broccoli. Good flavor. They bring out the hot spices so you can make your dish really spicy. I am a big fan of spicy food. For dessert I tried the chocolate cake with chocolate sauce. VERY GOOD!! The staff was courteous and helpful. I would definitely eat there again. Next time I will be more adventurous. Pros: Ambience, food Cons: Parking more

Worst service, EVER! 12/30/2007

For no apparent reason, we were treated very poorly. For starters, we were passed over for seating by those of Asian persuasion. Sorry to say, but true. The waitresses come across as frustrated comics...one in particular just would not leave our table after service, layering on stupid joke after stupid joke. If we wanted comic waitresses, we would have gone to a comedy club and heard some GOOD jokes. Service was VERY poor, and rudeness was the main course. There are other fabulous restaurants in the same block. Do yourself a favor, and go there instead. Pros: leaving Cons: good restaurants nearby more

Excellent food and service. 7/28/2007

I really enjoyed this place with my wife. The food was exquisite, the service was divine and it was overall an excellent experience. The seating arrangement is kinda cramped especially if you are trying to have some privacy and enjoy a quiet, romantic dining experience... On the other hand, it is excellent for groups and families. more

Nice little family style Vietnamese restaurant 5/23/2007

Our group got shut out at our regular Vietnamese restaurant Hy-Vong , so we went a few miles in to Coral Gables and had a really well done dinner at this little bistro. The flavors were nicely balanced and the food well prepared. The rolls come in varieties of the 4 seasons and they are very good. I especially liked the summer & autumn rolls. The green papaya salad was also fresh & crisp with nice touches of cooling cilantro. My main course was the silken water cress which was just delectable, and vegan to boot!\r I also recommend pairing this cuisine with the cool and fresh Riesling as it is about a perfect a pairing you could make. Cheers :)\r Pros: cozy and casual Cons: could benefit from larger wine list more

good quality food 5/25/2006

This place has it all, everytime I have gone I have never been disappointed. The rolls are great, the tea is great, and the soups are wonderful. My last visit I had the carmelized pork and it was awesome. Dont skip dessert either, its worth it. I have had both the mango cheesecake and the coffee cheesecake and they are both great... although if I had to choose again, coffee hands down. I have always gone early and during the week and its never been crowded, just an FYI Pros: good food, not crowded more

excellent food 10/23/2004

I didn't know what to expect when I first went to this small restaurant on giralda. Everything I tasted was delicious. All the rolls were great with the different dipping sauces. I had the Miss Sagon special noodles dinner and was very impressed. Last, but not least, do yourself a big favor and try the Mango cheesecake. It tastes like something out of the cheesecake factory! I would love to stop by here for lunch sometime. Pros: inexpensive, valet service more

Great food but Impolite Staff!! 4/4/2004

I went to have dinner with a friend that hadnt been there and promised itll be great. They sat us on a table that had such strong lighting that we felt we were on an interrogatory room. I asked my friend to unscrew one of the bulbs and he kindly did it. There was still plenty of light left. Suddenly a waitress came with an unkind face; screw the bulb back on, rolled his eyes and left. I said lets go, my friend called him and said: Excuse me, I didnt like your attitude, the light is bothering us and Im the customer before he could finish the man interrupted him and loudly said: 1 Im the owner, 2 if you dont like it you can either leave or wait until we give you another table. We were shocked! I can say Im not going back to Miss Saigon. Pros: Great food, Inexpensive Cons: , Tasteless ambiance more
