Milwaukee PC

My computer had crashed and I thought I lost everything. The computer would not boot up windows, no safe mode, nothing. For $70 I got 6 years worth of word documents, emails, and thousands of photos recovered onto a external hard drive. My external hard drive would not work so they gave me one. In addition, I was having difficulty finding my recovered mail on the external hard drive. I had to make three phone calls and eventually a trip down to the store. However, that level of service was necessary because I didn't know what I was doing. They were very generous with their time and patient with me on the phone calls and immediately took care of me when I came in to the store. The general manager, Kenneth Jaeger was there and ensured I was happy before I left. I thought the price was ridiculously fair for the service I received. more

Milwaukee PC is one of the best local places to buy computer perifs or whole systems. Their prices are very competitive which is impressive when comparing to large chains like Best Buy. It's a great place to get high quality stuff or to get your comp serviced. I used to be a computer and network technician and I would often stop by to buy high quality gear. I've also recommended it to relatives and friends when I was too busy to do the service myself. more

I really don't like Milwaukee PC. My family has had negative experiences there. When my parents bought their computer, they were supposed to know how everything worked, with little no guidance. When none of us could find the music burning software that was supposed to be on there, they were rude and insisted it was there, until OH we brought it in and it wasn't. In addition, when there was that massive virus a couple years back, they charged them $100 to fix and it took them a week to do it. I think they take advantage of people who maybe aren't up on the latest in computer knowledge. I recently bought my laptop elsewhere and my parents just purchased another computer, also from somewhere else. more

Computer Sales and Service ..and it doesn't end there. This is just an excellent company! They even have their own ISP!....Even better? They offer twenty hours free if you live in the local area.
