I was so happy with Palace Chrysler. I wanted to surprise my wife with a new Dodge Journey. My salesperson Scott helped me with all the details. There were a few bumps in the road when it came time to get approved, but the management team pulled some strings, and everything came off without a hitch. They even had one of those huge bows ready for me when we came in to pick it up. My wife was thrilled! Thanks to Don, Scott, and Paolo for making this surprise perfect! more

Had a great experience with the service department. I dropped the Jeep off after hours. Tim called me by around 10:00 with an estimate. The car was finished by 3:00, and they washed it for me when I picked it up at 5:00. nobody wants their car to break, but Palace Chrysler made it as painless as possible. more

This dealer makes doing business easy 11/27/2011

I just wanted to take a minute to share my long term experience with Milosch's Palace Chrysler. I have the benefit of the Chrysler Employee Discount through my brother. Basically, I'm guaranteed to buy a Chrysler, it's just a matter or where. I leased my first Chrysler from Cathy about 12 years ago from Palace Chrysler, and I get a new lease every two or three years depending on the program. I keep coming back to the Palace because I get great service before during and after the sale. The express lube is great for me because I lease, and usually only need oil changes and tire rotations. I love the new waiting area, especially the fish tank. Basically, buying and maintaining a car isnt fun, but this dealer does try to make it as painless as possible. more

PLEASE LOOK AROUND AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE 8/1/2011

I would never purchase anything from this dealership. I purchased a used ram and a jeep at the same time. What a disaster! The ram seemed to be a great buy, but after taking it home we found it had numerous things wrong. We had it for a month and it was in the shop for more than 3 weeks. Every time we brought it back they would apologize and say they couldn't belive they didn't catch the problem. It was discovered that the bed wasn't bolted to the frame. It was so bad we asked if we could just return the truck for all the things wrong with it. The manager said the only way was to take a $5000 loss, and we may be able to get something else. For a truck that we had for a month but drove less than a week. Also, before buying I had a previous lease through GMAC that needed a little work. The lease turn in lady and the gentlemen in the desk next to her told me on how it would be such a better deal to have them fix it and they would work out a payment plan with me. They explained that I woul more

rating -5 stars 11/1/2010

To Regina F/Unsatisfied Customer--- I too was told that my Sebring had one key - WEIRD ! The manager told me to call any dealership on the NEW Sebrings and ask if two keys were standard, because none of them come with two keys !! So your purchase on an Avenger is the same story, are they making $ on ordering extra keys for you?? As far as the service . . . I had a recall service appt. & when I picked up my car the airbag light and alarm wouldn"t shut off, when I called about it I was told there would be a charge to look at it. I sent in the survey card a month ago stating my dissatisfication and never heard from them. If you want customer service/satisfaction go somewhere else!!! This message won't even post without giving at least a 'one star rating' THAT IS NOT MY RATING more

Unsatisfied Customer 10/1/2010

We bought a new avenger in August 2010 and were not very happy about it from the very beginning. We only went with them because they were a couple thousand less. Our supposed salesman, couldn't be bothered to show us a car in the lot, as he was busy showing someone else, who did not have an appointment with him like we did, a more expensive model than we were trying to purchase. We wandered the lot ourselves, and then someone else, got the keys so we could test drive it. After we signed the paperwork for purchasing, they told us they can only find one key. We called for weeks, every time put through a voicemail and NEVER a return call was given. Finally we had to tell them to not put us through voicemail and find our key while we wait. We were told they can't find it and would need to bring the car in. This was 6 weeks after purchasing the car. No one looks you in the eyes and they push you off to someone else. We needed to ask them about something and was told basically it wasn't the more

Emails will never end regardless of requests 10/17/2008

We bought our jeep from Palace, and while the experience was ""average"" during the sale, the experience after the sale has been aggrevating.\r \r DO NOT GIVE THESE IDIOTS YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU ASK FOR IT TO STOP YOU WILL CONTINUE TO GET ANNOYING EMAILS FROM THEM!!! \r \r I've called & requested no less than 6 times to have my email address removed from their lists and am still getting email from them. I will NEVER go back to them, NEVER refer them AND resent their persistence. I've started reporting thier email as spam and plan on filing a complaint with Chrysler, the Better Buisness Bureau and any other agency I can think of. You may say oh, it's just an email, get over it, but it's not, it's the prinicpal, when asked to stop, they should have respected my request on the first call.\r Pros: too frustrated to recall if there were any Cons: HATE PUSHY DEALERSHIPS THAT DON'T HONOR CUSTOMER'S EMAIL PREFERENCES more

Average Service, Friendly staff 6/20/2008

My custom van got serviced many times for reoccurring problems with the air conditioner, and key/lock cylinder. They also repaired the side bumper fascia which took forever, and should have been replaced with a new part for the money that we paid. However the staff and management was very friendly, and explained that some service techs have problems with custom vans that is no longer in production. We understand that the manager moved to Chrysler Palace so we will be going their for future issues. more

I love this service department. They are very friendly if you are waiting for your car to be serviced. There is a comfortable waiting area with tv, popcorn, reading materials and restrooms close by. Very professional. more

Poor Customer Service 4/17/2006

I wouldn't really recommend this place to anyone because the customer service is poor here, and they don't get back to you with the service or anything. I requested a quote for a taillight after purchasing a vehicle here, and have yet to hear back from someone after over 1 month! more

Nice Cars and Salespeople 11/11/2005

We have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and we have received very good service. They have a wide selection of vehicles and will give you a pretty good deal for your trade in. Also, they own two new car and two used car dealerships so they can usually find the car you are looking for. What I do not like is the look of the buildings. Both the new car and used car buildings are very old and have not been updated in years. They were probably built in the 1950s. Also, the parking is horrible. There are only a few open spaces and there are a lot of utility poles to navigate around. more
