Miller tv has the worst morals/customer service i have EVER dealt with, my grandfather ordered 2 dvr satellite boxes from him and when he delivered them he left very abruptly, not wanting to install the receivers. I thought this was kind of fishy considering he does installations, of course once we called directv they informed us one of the 2 boxes was stolen or leased from directv so it was unusable. The box that was unusable had a very distinct mark on the top of it. We returned it to miller tv and he insisted that he would order a new one, he calls us a few weeks later to pick up the new box. So i drive down to Miller tv and pick up the box, i get home to call directv and undo the bubble wrap, it has the same mark on the top as the old receiver i then call directv and they inform me it is a stolen/leased box. I then call Miller tv and tell him what happened and he claims he called directv to verify that this box wasnt stolen or leased when he recieved it and he refused to give us our refund for the box or get us a new one. We as customers did nothing to deserve this, this man is a thief do not trust him.
