I bought a last-minute Christmas gift (night vision monocular) for $300 and failed to look closely within the box. (I did look at another box and tried a similar item. My mistake, I know.) Anyway, the paperwork (directions) plus an equipment piece were missing. The item is not useable without the piece (battery cap). After Christmas, the manager did give me some paperwork (directions) but did not have the battery cap. He said he'd call me within a day or two. It's been over a week and I have telephoned twice.
