I am a new customer to Milanj. Quite honestly I was a little hesitant to give them my business after reading some of these reviews. Our experience was fantastic. My wife has purchased two bracelets at Milanj and the service I received was wonderful. Orin was the best! The staff is knowledgeable about all their lines, which also helped me become knowledgeable. Again, I just want to give them a shout out...they are the best. The whole staff is great! more

We spent a considerable amount of time shopping around for the “right” ring. Quite honestly we just wanted it to look like the one my wife found online, However, we didn’t want to pay that price. Joe was so understanding and had our specific ring hand made. He even had an idea to incorporate a diamond I already got for her years ago into the band. I have always had a Wonderful experience here. I am really shocked at some of the reviews I read. I do not think that they were ever pushy. I mean, they are trying to make a sale. I thought the owner at least I think it was, did us a big Favor. The same ring at Tiffanys was twice the price and the diamonds did NOt look the same. So, my experience was a very Happy one and I Would def recommend going there. more

STAY AWAY!!! MILANJ DIAMONDS ENGAGES IN DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! My girlfriend and I were looking (and I stress, we were only LOOKING) at engagement rings at Milanj. The salesperson was incredibly pushy and, at times, downright rude. Despite being told that we absolutely were not going to make a purchase on the spot, he insisted that we at least consider our options. He basically kept trying to ""work a deal."" The salesperson insisted that I should at least see what kind of financing I might qualify for in the event that I may make a future purchase. This seemed reasonable to me, so I authorized what I thought was only a ""soft"" inquiry into my credit history. I asked the salesperson MULTIPLE times to clarify what exactly he would be doing when he said he was going to ""run some numbers."" He stated that he was NOT processing an application for a retail line of credit and that he was only determining if I would qualify for financing. Fast forward to a few weeks after our visit to Milanj, and now I have received a Milanj credit card in the mail, issued by Wells Fargo, with a retail line of credit with a $6,200 limit! I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS!!! MILANJ DIAMONDS OPENED THIS LINE OF CREDIT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!! I immediately called and closed the account, but the damage has been done. The ""hard"" inquiry into my credit history has cost me points off my credit score. The closing of the account has cost me points off my credit score. My girlfriend and I are at a point in our lives where we are ready for marriage and settling into a home. Every point that has come off my credit score will be held against me when it comes time to apply for a mortgage loan. Milanj Diamonds has, effectively, hurt me financially for YEARS to come. And when I called to speak to the manager, he was dismissive and rude, claiming that ""his people would never do such a thing."" He, in essence, called me a liar! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MILANJ DIAMONDS. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY!!! I have honestly never been more disgusted with a place of business in all my life. more

My fiance purchased my new engagement ring at Milanj. Being the typical man, he needed a lot of hand-holding. He said Ellie, the saleswoman was a BIG help, and he couldn't have done it without her. When I went back to get my ring sized, I saw their impeccable service and knowledge of diamonds. Thank you Milanj for helping us select a beautiful engagement ring. I will be sure to be back! more

Being one of the first jewelry stores you run in to when you enter the Plaza at King of Prussia, I wasn't sure if this was a place to settle for my purchase. I shopped around the entire mall before coming back to this store - scored a beautiful necklace for my girlfriend, and she loved it, most importantly. The thing that sold me was the education I recevied from the salesmen...I'm not a knowitall about diamonds, but they spelled everything out very well as to what quality aspects are most important, and that helped as I looked around other stores to compare prices with a better sense of education. more

Generally, it is a struggle for my husband and I to make large purchases together because he gets nervous about making such a large investment. It was no different in purchasing me a new diamond wedding band for our wedding anniversary. Luckily, at Milanj, they understood my husbands concerns and our sales person, Ellie, was able to make it an enjoyable buying experience for the both of us. The customer service was wonderful, and the selection of wedding bands was great! Won't be buying jewelry for a while, but when I do, I will go back to Milanj! more

My fiance & I purchased two wedding rings here, but had to cancel our order the following day when we found out a family member was giving us their rings. Initially the store would only issue store credit for our purchase, but the director kindly offered to waive the store-credit-only return policy since we hadn't actually received or ordered anything yet. The store has a nice selection of jewelry, and as our experience has taught us, is responsive to customer concerns. more

Very Very pushy service. Very bad experience. They said they will insure the diamond for one year and push you to buy it and later don't send the documents and you end up calling them everyday to get your documents. Milanj promised that he will insure my diamond for one year and never stayed with his promise. Their prices are marked 50% more than real market value and if your are a good bargainer they will come down to 10%discount that is all. I am not at all happy with their service for the amount of business I gave them. Their prices compare to Jared are 50% higher. Shop around guys before you end up at this store. Very shortly after, I was introduced to the owner who tried to talk me into a ring I was looking at. The problems began when he named a price (about par with everywhere else I looked), and Roger's response was a very theatrical and dramatic ""WOW!!! That is incredible. ONLY HERE!"" Are you serious? Then, when I tried to tell the owner I needed some time to think and talk to my brother who was helping me shop, the owner tried to make me feel bad for talking to anyone. Reading these other reviews is truly saddening for me because my experience at Milanj Diamonds exceeded my expectations by far. Some people must not understand quality merchandise and the utter passion involved in creating it and handling it with care until it reaches your hands (or for me, the my finger : ) My experience dealing with Milanj, especially owner Jalil, was phenomenal. He sat and listened to my concerns and what I wanted in my engagement ring and he delivered, not only exactly what I asked for, but it was more amazing and high quality then I ever could have imagined. It was also nice to have my ring come from an exclusive jewelry store rather than those less quality chains such as Kay or Zales. The interior of Milanj is just as luxurious and flawless as their product. I plan to go back there in the near future to select my fiance's wedding band, as I expect nothing short of excellence in their product, plus it doesn't hurt to be treated like you're the only one in the store. more

I walk into their king of prussia store after work on a weekday. Mr. Milanj spend anywhere from 1-2 hours with me going over the design and details of the engagement ring & the wedding band I was looking for. With generous discount, the cost was no never near what other stores have quoted me before. Within a month, the custom made engagement ring and the wedding band was ready for pickup. Mr. Milanj personally hand delivered the set to me to make sure I was completely satisfied. I can't say enough about how fast, cost saving, efficient, and pleasant my overall experience was with Milanj Diamonds. THANK YOU! more

So called offices in Hong Kong, Beverly Hills, Paris, etc. Doubtful. When I met the OWNER at KOP mall I found myself wondering why the owner of a worldwide jeweler would be working in KOP... I did a search on their beverly hills address. ABC Virtual Offices. Anyone who tries to give their business legitimacy buy ""renting"" virtual office space around the world is not someone who I would trust to be honest about anything else! Be wary of anything you are told here. Better yet, stay away! more

I came into Milanj and had a really good experience but I haven't bought a ring yet - though this is where we are looking at mostly. I was just wondering, where are the other locations? I can't seem to find them on any maps. more

I could not agree more that this jeweler deserves zero stars. This place is worse than a used car dealership. I had my engagement ring put in a different setting by the ""master"" jeweler. I went back to the store 4 times, and the work was flawed and unfinished each time. I told the owner I was unhappy with my ring, and he incredibly condescending from the start. He proceeded to blame my unhappiness with the ring on my age, then he began to question my intelligence. The best part was when he told me that I pissed him off. How unprofessional! I am your customer! Oh, it's also very funny how he will tell you that they are honest and never lie, yet simultaneously change his story multiple times. The owner of the store will try to sell you anything, and depending on what is convenient for you, he will rip you off and even find a way to charge you more, explaining what a great price he is giving you. I am still unhappy with my ring, but I refuse to step foot in that store ever again and would rather lose my money than work with obnoxious, unprofessional sales people. Please don't ever give this jeweler your business. It would be an incredible injustice to real, professional jewelers out there. more

This jeweler deserves zero stars, not even 1. My boyfriend and I were looking for engagement rings and when we went to Milanj, it was like we walked into a used car dealership. The ""President and CEO"" was rude, disrespectful and spoke to us in a condescending tone. He doubles the price of the diamond and tells you that you're getting a ""special"" price. He also talks about stores in Paris and Hong Kong, but I couldn't find any other locations except KOP. STAY AWAY from this jeweler at all costs. more

When going to pick out your engagement ring you want the experience to be wonderful and memorable. And that's exactly what I got at Milanj Diamonds. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They had a terrific selection of rings and bands. I found the perfect ring that fit my style. And best of all when I look at the ring on my hand I think of my exciting future to come not how much it cost. more

I bought an anniversary ring here last year. The staff was extremely helpful. I told them what I wanted. They had something similar to what I had in mind. They told me I could add more diamonds to the sides if I wanted. The price was too good to be true, but I took a chance. Love how the ring turned out. I recently had it appraised and it appraised for over double what I paid for it. Highly recommend! Pros: Great prices more
