I used this dentist last year and thy told me that they accepted my insurance. I had a regular yearly exam. I got a bill with my insurance denying everything-My insurance said that no one from their office called beforhand. I blamed it partially on my insurance, but then the staff called me and was extremely rude-they told me that since my insurance didnt cover it, I was not welcomed back and neither was my son. She sounded like she was 10 years old on the phone. (I told them that my insurance was going to investigate it and may cover it). I had scheduled an exam 6 months later-they told me not to come in and then charged me a no show. Corporate office claimed they didnt have my new address even though I was holding a piece of mail from them with the new address on it. Dentists act like they would rather be someplace else. I guess I would too.
