My daughter sold items from this company for a fundraiser at her school. She gathered $112.00 and a total of 8 items sold. I would NEVER, EVER recommend buying or even letting your child sell for this company EVER!! My mother bought a 'Little Rascals' DVD and it came with nothing on the DVD except for a SILENT L.R. clip (meaning, the ones that didnt have sound yet!). It was one of the first episodes ever made, it loked like, and it wasnt even the characters shown on the front of the DVD or in the brochure. You know the ones: Darla, Alfalfa, Spanky, Buckwheat! It was a joke! It cost my mom $12.00 for that piece of trash! Thats what happened to it too, it went in the trash. It had no other purpose. And it was a bad copy too! I contacted the company for a refund but got nothing but a promise to ask someone in charge what to do and was promised a call back. One never came. I also ordered 4 magazines for my 3 children. I want to let everyone know to NEVER, EVER PURCHASE A MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION FROM ANY FUNDRAISER EVER!!!!!!!We just now started getting them in the mail. The fundraiser ended at the first part of the school year. These WERE going to be Christmas presents, but dont count on that. If you order these, even though they tell you to pick which ones you want, it doesnt matter. After paying $20.00 a piece for these things they end up sending you a voucher and then YOU have to fill them out and mail them in yourself.which means you have to do everything all over again. We are STILL waiting for my youngest daughters to arrive at all. Calls to customer service are not helpful at all. I have called numerous times with no help, no hope, and no apologies whatsoever. The other magazine came but wasnt even the one we ordered. I was basically told ""tough S**T!"" More or less, and not as nice as that! It is impossible to get help, it is impossible to talk with someone who has manners, common courtesy, and knowlegde of the company they are working for. BEWARE!! Cons: Overpriced,cheap products, no refunds, no returns, customer service is terrible! Hard to get help from anyone at this company in a complaint issue. more
