Midtown Manor

Beware of new mgmt, If your not there close by to keep an eye on your loved one, don't send them to Midtown Manor. Don't send money to your loved one, bring them things that aren't worth anything or it will be stolen. The new staff/mgmt/owner will not be honest with you, they will not keep you properly informed, and they will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable but its so fake you will hear the same words over and over from everyone you talk to. You wont be able to talk to your loved one for one reason or another if your out of the area, dropping in unexpectedly is the only way to see the truth. As soon as they find out who you are you will be treated like your someone special and your loved one is the most important patient. this place needs to be closed down and every employee prosocuted including the doctors. If Dr. Killpack is your loved ones Dr. Fire him and use a different doctor. more

Midtown Manor has changed quite a bit since the last review was posted. I encourage you who ever you are to come back and look again. We have a new owner that has done wonders with the facility and a lot of new staff. Maybe you still wouldn't send your worst enemy here but maybe you would send someone that's close to you because our staff we have now would take good care of them. more

This assisted home is full of con-artists that treat the residents like caged up animals and treat them horribly. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. more
