i wrote a bad review of middletown cycles a few months ago after talking to aaron the head man of there we was a great friendly person. it all was a miscommunication between us and aaron took care of my warranty problem.after checking out the place better i saw everybody was very friendly and their mechanics really know their stuff .it seems they have 3 and they are always busy on working on bikes they do a lot of bussiness can be hard to get an appointment but aaron will try to get you in and if you buy from them they really take care of you excellent customer service. i wish instead of saving a couple dollars somewhere else i would have bought from them for the excellent customer service.even after writing a bad review in the past they still go out of the way to service me . the next can am spyder i buy will be from them top notch out fit. more

Is there anyway to give them no stars,because that's what they deserve!! The owners Aaron,and Bria Brown have no clue how to run a buisness,they live to lie,and lie to live. So save yourself the hastle and do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM,..... Check the BBB and you'll see why! more

My first purchase with MTC was in 2009 when i needed a drag racing helmet. The salesman directed me quickly to the SFI helmet i needed and within my price range. He was helpful, knowledgable on the subject of racing helmets, and worked with me as much as he could on the price. He came out to the track one Saturday too, which was cool of him. Recently (March 2011), my Dad and I needed an inexpensive quad to use as a pit vehicle at the track. The salesman Kevin gave us plenty of space and time to look around, was able to tell us about the quads features and stayed within the price we wanted to spend. In fact, Aaron Brown (co-owner) cut us an amazing deal on our new Suzuki Ozark 250. Middletown Cycle installed a fresh battery and delivered the quad to our garage. The whole staff there is really cool, very knowledgable on the bikes, quads, Spyders, items&products?everything under their roof, they can tell you about it and if it will work with what your looking for. GREAT EXPERIENCE and CUSTOMER SERVICE, they've continued to impress me and have a lifelong customer. more

DO NOT GO TO THIS CYCLE SHOP TO BUY ANYTHING " MR. MOODY" will lie to you get you there, then say did I say that. But he remembers what he told you, He is the biggest liar "SALESMAN" that I know, told us we were approved to come get our bike, when we got there he said our payments were going to be 307.00 but before we got there they were going to be 140.00 big difference--We went to COMMUNITY TRUST BANK GOT A PERSONAL LOAN, WENT TO POLARIS AND GOT THE RZR EXCELLENT BIKE!!!!! We drove 300 miles thinking we were getting a deal, learned the hard way but trust me, read all the reviews and contact the Bettter Business Bureau, and listen to all the complaints first!!!!! Cons: Will lie !! For your out of pocket expense!!! more

Worst place in miles to shop! Salesman wont give a price unless you are ready to BUY IT NOW. Cons: poor sales staff, dont care about customers at all. more

This place is the worst, don't buy from these crooks and make the same mistake that I did. Aaron Brown, the "VP" has no clue about customer service. They do not take care of the issues that they create. They charge way too much for the assembly and freight charges and once the sale is made, you don't mean squat to these folks. I would NEVER buy from these folks again, please go elsewhere. There are several other dealers within the area to buy a Yamaha, Honda or Suzuki from. I have never been told so many lies.My payment for the bike I wanted was going to be about$130,well couldn't get that one so went with base model,payment ended up $240 a month.That not all,I was not offered any kind of xtra warrenty,gap ins.Never even got a phone call after to see if every thing was ok.Never again. more

middletown cycles is a rip off,my son and i drove 200 miles to buy a bike".EVERY" thing the sales man told me(trevor "matt" morgan)me was a lie.we were deceived in every way.we bought a 2008 650 vstar bike was 5799 we paid $1800 down,then they added $440 destination fee $755 freight $612 assembly$465vehicle prepartion $1205 for a service contract i didn`t ask forso a $5999 bike ended up being $9401.00.i was told i would co-sign for a year then my son`s name would be on the loan(LIE) told us the payments would be around $79 (LIE).we were left on our own long periods of time because our salesman had so many customers at once...needless to say my bike is going back...........
