SO UPSET! Went in to get my car fixed plus fuel flush. they said it would run just as good as new now. LIARS.....Had to take it back in wasn't working right. Took it back in and they said they would look at it again. they then told us that they flushed the fuel system again. Why? Sounds like they didn't do so it in the first place. Payed about 2 grand for them to brake my car more than what it was. They say that is because if u fix one thing that is bad that other parts will go bad as well because they were used to running improperly and now they have to adjust to running better. Why didn't they tell us that in the beginnning. Now they tell me it is cheaper to buy another car. My husband just went to change the plugs himself, because we won't go here again, and to his suprise THEY DIDN'T EVEN RECONNECT THE AIR INTAKE HOSE. Called them back to let them know and Terry the manager said he couldn't do anything without me bringing the car in so he can take a look at it. Do I really want to have to take my car in a 4th time (yes that would be a fourth time for one initial service). I remember when Midas was a good name now it feels like something you might have seen on 20/20 with there hidden cameras in shady mechanic shops. more

This place is terrible and I encourage anyone who has had issues with this location to file a complaint with the BBB. Two times these guys did not put my truck back together properly and that led to more damage to my vehicle. They refuse to refund any of my money and only offer $100 store credit even though I have spent more then 2K. As if I would even consider a return to the place. Not even the owner of this poorly operated franchise would hear me out. Save yourself the trouble. Dont go. more

To my husbands truck to have the oil changed , they tried telling me that all other fluids were either bad or at extremely low levels . My husband had already check all fluids and they were fine. Then get in the truck and the ""check engine oil level "" light is on . Tell them they take it back in and come back and say "" oh it just needed some more oil"" . How do not know how to refill the correct amount of oil into a car/truck when its your job you do everyday ? more
