I went to this place based on the positive reviews, however my experienced was less than pleasant. The shellac French manicure I got was really bad, she did it free hand without a use of a brush and so it was like something a 5-year old would do, and they started chipping the next day I think their shellac polishes were expired or something or simply they dont know how to do it, this is not supposed to happen to shellac and had never happened to me! Now, these positive reviews seem fake to me, after my bad experience my collegues and friends told me that they have heard similar stories about mani/pedi here .... so the big question is that where these reviews are coming from?!!! I later noticed that all negative reviews are marked as "unhelpful" and all positive ones as "helpful"! I think this is done by them since no reader would do such a thing, everyone likes to hear about others experience both negative and positive, this is a reg flag to me ... I even saw a positive reviewer attacking another negative reviewer personally which doesnt seem normal!!! and I also notice that after a bad review there are multiple positive ones all submitted in one day or so, this seems liek a cover-up so that readers dont see the bad ones on the first page. This misled me personally. my message to the owner: even if you try to cover up the negative reviews to attract customers, you can do that only once if you dont improve your service and the quality of your work. This is my personal experience and I am never coming back ....
