Furthermore, the reason they deserve positive and glorious accalades is because they keep their word about a guarantee, every time I call for my free follow ups, they fit me in right away as if I'm still a paying client!!!! I went to another laser place, did 14 treatments- guess what? No hair loss what so ever. I came in for a consult to Bay Harbour Med Spa and after taking 40 minutes out for my consultation ( free of charge), I was told I am not a candidate and never was a candidate because of my blonde hair. I was still willing to take the risk, because I hate my hair, even though it's light; they would not take my money. The amazing thing is this- not only did they know I would not end up spending money there, they spent 40 minutes with me, served me herbal tea and treated me with respect. I felt so badly, I offered to pay for the consultation, they refused to take money from me. I told them I would send everyone I knew to them- so keeping with my promise, I am writing this well deserved review!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
