Oscar Herrera's been around for a long time, creating great food. I've been in other Mexican places where the spanish rice is crunchy, the taco filling is the same stuff as is put in the tostada and the complimentary chips and salsa comes from franchise city. Not here at Mi Casita's. They have terrific food at reasonable prices. The only drawback is no liquor license. Oscar says it costs too much.
