Worst customer service ever. You cannot cancel with them. They will not accept your oral or written cancellation. I have sent them a fax stating that i will no longer need and use their services. Bran told me that she doesn't have my fax. I have spoken with Diane multiple times explaining and stating that I do not want their services anymore. They never stopped charging my ban account, i had to open a new account. Diane told me that my insurance policy will be canceled on 01-25-11 so i got a new one starting from 01-24-11. Allstate never sent electronic notification to DMV regarding my cancellation. New company sent it, and computer in DMV got confused. It could not accept signal of a new starting policy because it never got the cancellation signal of Allstate.You cannot talk to Kevin unless you are screaming on incompetent Bran which at the end hung up on me. Bran told me that it is my problem her not having all paperwork together! What a dysfunctional office. Finally, I had to call back and Kevin picked up the phone! Hallelujah! He said just to send him email with DMV letters and hung up on me also! At the end i still do not know if they will sent the new electronic signal to DMV. I will have to call again soon, and have pleasure to deal with incompetent agency!
