Have been trying everywhere on the internet, phone directories, etc. to contact them afterhours about my water to see if it have been disconnected for nonpayment (I have been out of town quite a bit and have not seen the bills) or if there is a water main problem. I have been trying to find SOME NUMBER to either pay the bill or report the outage, which ever it is. It is 10:00 pm and 90+ degrees and my A/C is out.
Their website have been absolutely NO help. Although there are no alternative water utilities to use here, I CANNOT recommend this one. Thank you for letting me 'vent'.
Pros: It's wet
Cons: They make it very hard, or impossible, for you to contact them!
