DO NOT USE THEM 2/24/2012

I have never dealt with a company that was so clueless. I called them once a week to get the progress. I always got the run around, was put on hold for hours, LITERALLY, and my calls were never returned when I left a message. My adjuster was changed 3 times and no one knew why that was the case. They had to come out to my property numerous times to inspect, including the last time which was 8 months after the claim. Yesterday, after 9 months since the claim was started, I recieve a letter from them that my claim has been withdrawn. DO NOT USE THEM! Pay a little more and use a real company, I learned the hard way. more

metro is actually a company that works for homeowners and helps us. i used them after being denied a claim by my insurance co. they got me paid $24,000 for damage that state farm denied me. sure they charge a fee, ummmm ok take a fee i had nothing before metro, now i have money. these people that complain, i think they just had a shitty adjustor. ask for a different represenative if they wont call you back. if your having a bad experience, fix it, dont just complain about it. one bad rep does not mean bad company. i will use metro for any issues i ever have. thanks, metro for all your help!!!!!!!! more

Metro Public Adjustment ! DO NOT HIRE 11/11/2010

I had the same experience as garyrand. They couldn't have been nicer when it came to selling me their services. It all changed after the first check came from the insurance company. Metro took 25%, which is fine I agreed to that, BUT there were a lot of issues that needed to be addressed. When I called them to discuss it was like I had a disease. No return phone calls, no return emails, no return voice mails, no returned texts. I even sent a certified letter that was signed for but they never called me back. Don't say you weren't warned. This company is not to be trusted. more

Please do your homework. If you are looking for a public adjuster DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I like many many others have the exact same experience. They charge way to much. They get you a first check, take their money and then, they vanish. I sent certified letters, emails, faxes and texts to them. Every single one was ignored. As if I never even sent it. Not even the courtesy of a return call or email. Now I suspect that someone from Metro will see this and either say I'm lying or they will put up a fake review saying how great they are..But guess what Metro? the word is getting out. You cant continue to do this to your customers and get away with it. more

No help with insurance 3/4/2008

We used Metro PA co. after our house was damaged in Katrina to help with our insurance company State Farm. The insurance company had only agreed to pay $90,000 dollars for damages that totaled over $160,000. Metro assessed the damages and convinced us with their expertise and adjusters that they could help us obtain the remaining damages and our content value. They were not successful in increasing the property amount or helping with the content . But because we trusted them and signed a contract with them they did demand we pay 9.5 Percent of what the insurance company original stated they would pay. So they added more to our loss. Cons: No help more
