Executive cars, trailer trash management 1/10/2011

I have no issue with the drivers or vehicles. You always see their cars and they are clean and presentable. The drivers are always pleasant. It is the office staff that treat everyone like they are the enemy and look down at customers, drivers and the public. Shame on them. From now on, I'll stick with Basic Black Limo service or Roadrunner Limo service. At least with them, you never get treated like dirt. more

I was introduced to this company through a friend a few months ago. It has always been a habit of mine to question the name of the person I have spoken with in the event that my plans for their service are in need in changing. This past Saturday night I requested a vehicle and spoke to a woman Laura. She was very professional and helpful. Our vehicle arrived on time requested and driver was excellent. On Sunday afternoon I spoke with a woman named Tracy. Once again, the service was excellent, Monday afternoon I called and spoke with someone named Thersea to schedule a pickup for a friend, It seemed that she was trying to rush me off the phone. She was talking back and forth with another person while trying to get information from me. I asked her to read the information back to me and was told ""I have all the information and we will be there,"" My friend called me about fourty-five minutes later to let me know his vehicle hadn't arrived. I called back wanting to know when vehicle would be arriving and was told there was no run scheduled to pick him up but they would have a car there within thirty minutes they were busy. When I explained that my friend needed to be on time for appoinment, she was very rude and suggested that I call a cab. After receiving this type of treatment, I will never use their service again nor suggest this company to anyone I know. more

owner needs lesson in manners 10/14/2010

this company by far has to have the rudest most uneducated owner. after traveling 1800 land miles and 2400 nautical miles on my 10 day vacation and treated polite by everyone i met , i arrive home to call my ride and was greeted by the owner who wanted to change to agreed on fare i had in writing. she is extremely unhelpful , rude, uncurteous and unprofessional. The impression she made on me was none other than "" uneducated"". i would love to have wriiten a wonderful review but i must speak the truth about the way i was treated. i prepaid with credit and tipped the drivers well over 20 percent but was spoke to rudely by the owner. the only nice thing about this company WAS the drivers. cars were not real clean but most of all offensive rude phone service. will never use again. I would pay 3 times what metro livery charged me to another company with manners in the future. i referred 2 other cars so this company lost 3 families business. more

My Dear Truthful Customer and Calibure, I read your reviews. I am sorry I do not believe both of you. It looks like you spent a lot of your time to make up your stories. I used this service for many many years and recommended to many many people. They are always on time and if they are late they DO NOT CHARGE YOU FOR THE RIDE, EVEN THEY OFFER TO PAY YOUR AIRPORT PARKING IN CASE IF YOU HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE AIRPORT. If they were late every time why were you still using them and making reservations? And why you got upset when they did not want to serve you? What company does not want to make money and cancel the reservations. Give me a break! In your review you asked the owner to call you, On which phone number??? If you are a competitor please work hard to do something better and compete with others with your performance, do not waste your time to write fake reviews. I used them on Mother's Day . I just wanted us to be dropped off at our location and then picked back up a few hours later. All the other services that I called would not do this. They wanted us to keep the car the entire time which would have cost a fortune. Not only did they accommodate us at the last minute, they let us make several changes even up to the same day AND they are open 24 hours. The driver was on time, the car was super nice and the drivers were courteous! Pros: Very Friendly Service more

I booked a stretch Escalade for my sister's bachelorette party. I knew it was prom season & Derby weekend so I called over a month in advance. They set me up and sent me a confirmation. Day of I called to verify everything and woman who answered said ""yes everything looks great"". I said ""ok so we have the Escalade-etc."" She said"" let me check "" then put me on hold and came back to say ""Sorry that vehicle broke down last night & we have no other cars"" Which everyone in the industry knows our reservation got bumped for someone else paying a higher amount. Then the woman kept hanging up on me and wouldn't explain anything. So childish & unprofessional. We had to postpone the bachelorette party. I was furious. Terrible.... Just terrible 4/23/2010

I was told that Metro Livery were the best people to use for car service in Nashville. What I found was extremly disappointing. Apon calling the first time I had a lady answer the phone saying, ""Ma'am have you tried the making a reservation online, we're busy right now."" There was no, ""Hello this is Metro Livery,"" and I'm a man, so I have no idea who she thought she was talking to. After she heard my voice she said, ""Oh, this is the wrong person,"" and just hung up on the phone. The calls after that weren't much different. People pushing me to the website, when I did have internet service where I was. I had to call four times before I could make a reservation. I had to call and change from a town car to a van the next day. I did that, and the lady was very short with me on the phone. As a percaution I called back the next day to have to lady tell me that the reservation still had ""town car"" down for what was coming to get us, which of course was wrong. On top of all this the morning came for them to pick us up. The call was for 5:15am and they did not show until 5:40am. This was extremly disappointing and they will not be getting my business ever again. Cons: From customer service to pick up, awful more

Horrible Service 4/22/2010

We needed a car service for a huge meeting that we were having in Nashville. I googled this company and took a chance based on their website. When I called to make my reservation and the operator was rude, that should have been my 1st clue that this was NOT the company I should use. I ended up making at least 7 reservations in which there were changes to many of them. When I needed to make a change I would call them hoping for assistance with no prevail. When I needed a reservation cancelled, they would take the reservation number, but a car would still show up. Also, when the cars did show up, they were never on least 15 mins late EVERY TIME. Finally...the last reservation was scheduled and when they arrived (on time for the 1st time) the guest was not ready. They had to wait about 10 mins. When the guest was ready and loaded in the car, the driver informed them that it was be a 10.00 fee...WHAT???? Poor poor poor customer service. After being rude and late several times they have the audacity to charge US a fee. I will never use this company again and I'm going to be sure that I pass this along to every person I know that works for my company, at my church, in my neighborhood and any other person that I come in contact with.\r \r UPDATE: I called this morning to confirm my FINAL reservation with these folks and I was questioned on whether or not my guest would be ready! Finally they confirmed the reservation re-assuring me that they would be here on time. Approx 4 hours later...I received a cancellation email, so I called the office. A women answered and said ""the owner told me to cancel it and call you and let you know that we would not be servicing your company, I was told to cancel all future reservations"". I asked her if he was around for me to speak to him or if she had a explanation and she said no. Finally...after I had obviously upset her by asking questions...she said ""City Search"" and hung up in my face. If you're so concerned about what your customers think of you/write about might want to start treating them with a litter more courtesy and respect.\r \r Also...""Mr Owner"", feel free to give me a call yourself, if you have such a problem with my complaints. Great Experience- they have always been fantastic. The last time my cell phone had fallen out of my purse and I did not realize it I had lost it until later. When I called to check they went above and beyond to find it and then overnighted it to me right away. I was so grateful and impressed with this company. Luxury, not quite 1/2/2010

The phone operators were very courteous and the driver was 10 minutes early and professional. Can't beat the price. I asked 3 times for a luxury vehicle and was told we would be picked up in a Lincoln town car. What arrived was an old, beat up chevy suburban with 317,000 miles on it that should be retired. I called the company and was immediately offered a refund. Good service if you do not care about what you will be riding in. The price is less than other companies that I researched. Will Never Call A Cab Again!!!! 11/19/2009

I had company in town for the weekend and needed transportation around town for 12 people. I had Sam, in the white van, all weekend. He took us downtown on Saturday night, to the Titans game on Sunday, and to our favorite bar after the game. He was prompt, courteous, and the rates can't be beat. By the time you pay for parking, gas, and driving around looking for parking, Metro Livery pays for itself. I have told everyone about them. I have them in my cell phone on speed dial now.
